Gutter Brudderz Direct
About Gutter Brudderz Direct Sales
Gutter Brudderz may occasionally offer products directly through our official posts on:
This page explains how direct-sale claims, client validation, GUTR IDs, Venmo payments, claim review, and product allocation are handled.
The purpose of this system is to provide a clear, transparent, and consistent process for everyone participating in a direct sale.
Get Your GUTR ID Before Participating
Anyone interested in participating in a Gutter Brudderz direct sale should complete the client validation form before an offer goes live.
Getting a GUTR ID is free and usually takes less than five minutes.
Your GUTR ID helps ensure that your claim can be verified without delay.
Participants who already have a valid GUTR ID receive first review during a direct sale.
A GUTR ID is required before a direct sale can be completed.
Platform-Specific Offers
Direct-sale offers are specific to the social platform where they are posted.
For example:
— Promotional product A may be available only through Reddit.
— Promotional product B may be available only through Instagram.
— Promotional product C may be available only through X.
A product offered through one platform may not be available through the others.
Products, quantities, sizes, colors, prices, and claim windows may vary by platform.
To claim a platform-specific offer, the claim must be placed in the comment section of the original direct-sale post on that platform.
A Reddit comment cannot claim an Instagram-only offer.
An Instagram comment cannot claim an X-only offer.
A private message, comment on another post, or claim placed on another platform does not establish a position in the claim queue.
The Comment Section Is the Public Claim Record
The comment section of the original direct-sale post serves as the public record for that sale.
Claims are reviewed in sequence from oldest to newest.
The original public comment time establishes the claimant’s position within the applicable review group.
Form submission time, private messages, invoice requests, or comments placed elsewhere do not override the public comment order.
How to Place a Claim
Follow the claim format shown in the direct-sale post.
Participants who already have a GUTR ID should comment using:
GUTR-127 | XL OR GUTR-127 — XL
This identifies two critical bits of information:
— The participant’s GUTR ID
— The requested product size
New participants who do not yet have a GUTR ID may place an initial claim using the instructions provided in the direct-sale post.
However, a GUTR ID must be assigned before the sale can be completed.
What Is a GUTR ID?
A GUTR ID is a permanent public-facing client identifier used for Gutter Brudderz direct sales.
GUTR IDs are:
— Assigned automatically by the client validation system
— Issued sequentially
— Permanently connected to a client record
— Used publicly without exposing private contact or shipping information
Examples:
GUTR-1
GUTR-2
GUTR-3
Participants do not choose, create, or request a particular GUTR ID.
Do not ask for a new GUTR ID.
When the system identifies a new validated client record, it assigns the next available sequential GUTR ID.
When an existing client submits updated information, the same permanent GUTR ID remains assigned to that client record.
Email Address as the Database Identifier
The email address submitted through the client validation form is the primary database identifier for the client record.
The GUTR ID is not the database key.
Participants should use one active email address for every form submission.
Use an email address that is reviewed regularly.
The system uses the email address to locate the client record and connect:
— The permanent GUTR ID
— Reddit username
— Instagram username
— X username
— Venmo information
— Contact information
— Shipping information
— Claim history
— Payment records
Submitting the form with a different email address may create a separate client record and may prevent the system from locating the participant’s existing GUTR ID.
One GUTR ID Across Three Platforms
One permanent GUTR ID may currently be associated with up to three verified social-media usernames:
— One Reddit username
— One Instagram username
— One X username
The usernames do not need to be identical.
Each username must be validated as belonging to the same participant.
One participant should use one permanent GUTR ID across all supported platforms.
Participants should not create or attempt to obtain a separate GUTR ID for each platform.
Two-Part Claim Authentication
A GUTR ID is required to complete a direct sale.
The GUTR ID works together with the claimant’s verified platform username as a two-part authentication process.
To validate a claim:
— The username placing the claim must match the username registered for that platform.
— The GUTR ID used in the claim must match the client record connected to that username.
A username alone is not sufficient.
A GUTR ID alone is not sufficient.
The platform username and GUTR ID must validate together before the sale can proceed.
Client Validation Form
The Gutter Brudderz client validation form is used to establish and maintain the information required to verify claims, issue Venmo payment requests, and ship purchases.
The form will collect:
— Client’s full name
— Email address (your unique identifier)
— Shipping address
— Reddit username
— Instagram username
— X username
— Venmo username or other required Venmo account information
— Other information required to administer a direct sale
The form is not an email-marketing signup.
Submitting the form does not automatically enroll the participant in promotional email marketing.
The information is used for client validation and direct-sale administration.
A completed and validated submission allows Gutter Brudderz to confirm that:
— The participant has an established client record
— A permanent GUTR ID has been assigned
— The participant’s current platform usernames are connected to the record
— An active Venmo account is available for payment
— The information needed to verify, process, and ship a purchase is available
Venmo Account Requirement
An active Venmo account is required to participate in Gutter Brudderz direct sales.
Venmo is the payment platform used to complete direct-sale transactions.
Before receiving a GUTR ID, participants must provide the Venmo information requested (user name only) through the client validation form.
The Venmo account must:
— Belong to the participant completing the validation form
— Be active and available for payment
— Be connected to the participant’s current client record
— Remain available throughout the claim and payment process
Participants should confirm that their Venmo account is active and ready for use before placing a product claim.
A participant who cannot complete payment through Venmo is not eligible to complete a direct sale.
Updating Client Information
Participants may update their information at any time by submitting the client validation form again.
The system accepts and uses the latest valid submission associated with the email address on file.
A new submission may update:
— Reddit username
— Instagram username
— X username
— Venmo information
— Contact information
— Shipping information
— Other supported client details
Updating client information does not create a new GUTR ID.
The permanent GUTR ID remains attached to the client record identified by the email address.
Participants should update their information before placing a claim from a new or changed platform username or Venmo account.
Claims are reviewed using the latest valid information available when the claim is processed.
A later update does not automatically reverse a claim already marked CLAIMED, TIMEOUT, or INVALID.
Claim Review Priority
Claims are reviewed in two stages.
First Review: Claims With a Valid GUTR ID
Claims containing a valid GUTR ID are reviewed first.
These claims are processed from oldest to newest.
The platform username and GUTR ID must match the current client record.
Second Review: Claims Without a GUTR ID
Claims placed without a GUTR ID are reviewed only after eligible GUTR ID claims have been processed.
These claims are also reviewed from oldest to newest.
During the early stages of the direct-sales system, many participants may not yet have a GUTR ID.
As more participants become validated, available inventory may be fully allocated during the first review.
When that occurs, claims without a GUTR ID may never be reached.
A participant whose no-ID claim is reached must complete client validation and receive an assigned GUTR ID before the sale can be completed.
Receiving a GUTR ID during the second review does not move that claim ahead of existing valid GUTR ID claims.
The assigned GUTR ID will provide first-review eligibility for future direct sales.
Product Availability
Each product and size has a limited available quantity.
Claims are reviewed until the required number of completed purchases has been reached.
For example, if five units of a particular size are available, review continues until five eligible claims have been paid and marked CLAIMED.
Earlier claims that fail authentication or payment do not permanently reserve inventory.
The review moves to the next eligible claimant in sequence.
Claim Review Before Payment
Before a Venmo payment request is sent, Gutter Brudderz confirms that:
— The GUTR ID is valid
— The platform username matches the username connected to that GUTR ID
— The claim was placed on the correct platform
— The requested product size is clear
— Inventory remains available
— The client record contains the information required to process and ship the item
— The participant has valid Venmo information on file
Venmo Transaction and Terms of Sale
When a claim is reached and successfully validated, Gutter Brudderz will issue the transaction through Venmo using the information contained in the participant’s current client profile.
The Venmo transaction request and accompanying sale details will confirm:
— The claimed product
— Product size
— Purchase price
— Shipping charges
— Shipping address
— Payment deadline
— Terms of sale
The participant must review the transaction details and confirm receipt.
The participant must also affirm that they agree to the terms of sale.
This confirmation acknowledges that:
— The Venmo transaction request was received
— The product and size are correct
— The purchase price and charges have been reviewed
— The shipping information is correct
— The terms of sale are accepted
— The payment deadline is understood
Receiving a Venmo request does not complete the sale.
Payment must be completed through Venmo within the stated payment window.
An item will not be shipped until the required confirmation and Venmo payment have been received.
Payment Window
Each Venmo payment request includes or is accompanied by a payment deadline.
The claimant must complete payment within that window.
An unpaid Venmo request does not reserve an item indefinitely.
When the payment window expires, the claim is marked TIMEOUT and the item may be offered to the next eligible claimant.
Payments sent outside the official Gutter Brudderz Venmo transaction process may not be recognized as payment for the claim.
Participants should verify that the Venmo request comes from the official Gutter Brudderz Venmo account before completing payment.
Public Claim Outcomes
Reviewed claim comments may receive one of three final labels.
CLAIMED
The claimant was successfully authenticated, accepted the terms of sale, completed payment through Venmo within the required window, and received the item allocation.
TIMEOUT
The claimant was authenticated and received a Venmo payment request but did not complete payment within the required payment window.
The item may then be offered to the next eligible claimant.
INVALID
The platform username used to place the claim does not match the username connected to the submitted GUTR ID.
INVALID applies specifically to a username and GUTR ID mismatch.
Public Transparency
Final claim labels may be posted publicly as replies to the original claim comments.
These labels allow participants to see how the claim queue progresses.
The public post may show:
CLAIMED
TIMEOUT
INVALID
Private client details, Venmo information, payment information, shipping information, and other personal data will not be posted publicly.
When Claim Review Ends
Claim review continues until the available quantity has been fully allocated and the required number of claims has been marked CLAIMED.
Once the available inventory has been fully claimed:
— Review stops
— No additional Venmo payment requests are issued
— Remaining comments may not be reviewed
— Remaining comments may receive no label
An unlabeled comment after the available quantity has been fully claimed does not mean the claim was invalid or timed out.
It means the sale was completed before that claim was reached.
The presence of a comment does not guarantee that the claim will be reviewed or that an item will remain available.
Fair-Play Standard
Gutter Brudderz processes direct-sale claims using the same rules for every participant.
The process is based on:
— Platform-specific availability
— GUTR ID review priority
— Public comment order
— Username and GUTR ID authentication
— Client validation
— Venmo account eligibility
— Acceptance of the terms of sale
— Payment within the required window
Private messages, repeated comments, early form submissions, or requests to hold an item do not override the public claim process.
