Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and carrier and are typically 3–7 business days within the United States. International shipping times vary and may be subject to customs delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Gutter Brudderz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact us prior to sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or use are not eligible for return. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same condition requirements.

Final Sale & Special Items
All sale items, custom orders, gift cards, and limited or pre-sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
